Planning Timeline
From initial concept to your big day, we work on a structured 16+ days to ensure every detail is curated to perfection. Less than 14 days is considered a rush order and will be liable to a "rush-fee."
Our Policies
We understand plans change. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior will be liable for a cancellation fee of $50 unless rescheduling permits.
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This allows us to secure your spot!
The Event Day
Our team will be on-site 2 hours prior for setup depending on setup! We will be in communication prior. Our team will also need to pick-up/breakdown up to 30 minutes after event.
